Contacted support team via WhatsApp at 2:30 PM to inquire about order status. No response received.
After requesting update or refund, support responded saying order would be dispatched on Saturday. Claimed shortage on products and expected them "tomorrow".
Saturday (promised delivery date) came and went with no shipment. Reached out to confirm if order was shipped.
Support claimed order was "dispatched" with invalid XpressBees tracking number. Tracking showed as "scheduled" for Dec 4, not actually shipped. Support claimed they "unofficially added" Layton & Tuxedo worth ₹15,840, making total claimed value ~₹20,000. However, shipping label showed only ₹2,499 - an 87% undervaluation. No receipt or invoice provided for added items.
Contacted owner Zeeshan after support unresponsiveness. Tried to cancel order. Owner refused refund, claimed order was "fulfilled" but admitted it wasn't handed to courier due to awaiting payment for additional items that were never formally confirmed.
Sent message about shipping status. No response from support team.
Sent multiple messages (December 9, 13) asking about shipment status. All messages ignored by both support and owner.
After threatening legal action at 3:35 PM, owner responded "Please go ahead". Shortly after, received message that order was suddenly "packed" after 24+ days. Order still not shipped, estimated delivery Dec 21.
As of 12:15 PM on December 19, 2025, products are still not shipped despite receiving dispatch notification. This is 28 days after placing the order with prepaid payment. The "packed" claim from December 15 was evidently false.
